Please make sure that skimmer baskets, automatic pool cleaner, the bag for the cover, ladders, ladder bumpers and all necessary items are left on pool deck when we arrive to open the pool.
2. What does a weekly maintenance entail?

Back washing filter and charging diatomaceous

Clean skimmer basket, pump hair lint basket, pool cleaner bag and pre filter for cleaner
Check water chemistry
Balance water chemistry
All chemicals are additional to base price of contract
All service contracts require maintenance until the pool is closed. We recommend scheduling closing at least one month in advance so we can be sure to accomodate.
3. What does a closing entail?
Drain water level down below water line tile
Drain all equipment
Dissassemble filter, clean and reassemble
Blow all lines and equipment free of water, add antifreeze, and plug lines

Remove all ladders
Add chemicals (additional charges for chemicals)
Put cover on pool

Set skimmer baskets, automatic pool cleaner, the bag for the cover, ladders, ladder bumpers and all necessary items out for storage. Please store these items where you can easily find them in the spring.
4. Does Finn's Pool and Spa service do anything outside of general maintenance?
Yes. we specialize in new design and construction as well as renovate tile, coping, plaster on existing pools. We can upgrade your existing pools equipment, add a heater, design and install a custom cover etc. If you need it done we probably do it and if not we can put you in touch with some one who does.
