- Prime and Start System
- Light Heater if Applicable
- Skim Pool
- Vacuum Pool
- Hose Debris Away from Pool Deck
- Install Ladder and Diving Board if Applicable
- Remove, Clean and Put Away Cover and Water Tubes (cover and tubes are cleaned with anti-mildew cleaner)
- Add chemicals (additional charge for chemicals)
- Additional charges for more than 1 system, multiple circulation pumps, extra heaters, caretaker systems and pools that require more than 20 minutes of vacuuming.
- Additional cost for excessive water removal on cover.

- Drain Water Level Down 12 to 18 Inches
- Drain, Clean and Reassemble Filter System
- Blow All Lines Free of Water, Add Antifreeze & Plug Lines
- Turn Gas Off to Heater
- Skim PoolVacuum Pool
- Remove Ladder and Diving Board if Applicable
- Add chemicals (additional charge for chemicals)
